Abstract: 目的 建立超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定石仙桃中30种酚类成分含量的方法,并对不同产地的石仙桃药材进行质量评价.方法 采用Welch Xtimate UHPLC C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,以0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.2 mL·min-1,柱温45℃;质谱采用电喷雾离子源正负离子切换模式扫描,在多反应监测模式下进行定量分析;采用SPSS软件对含量测定结果进行聚类分析.结果 30种成分在各自线性范围内均呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9986),平均加样回收率为95.18%~104.97%(RSD≤5.04%),其精密度、重复性、稳定性的RSD均小于5.19%.聚类分析将13批不同产地药材分为2类,浙江、福建、广东、广西产地(S1~S3、S5~S11、S13)为Ⅰ类,四川、云南产地(S4、S12)为Ⅱ类.结论 该方法能快速实现对石仙桃中30种酚类成分的定性定量分析,可用于石仙桃药材的质量评价.
