Abstract: 目的 为更好地对苦瓜多糖规模化提取,对其影响因素进行考察,从而优化苦瓜多糖提取的工艺.方法 在现有的工艺基础上,进一步考察酶用量,水料比,苦瓜贮存条件等影响因素,确定苦瓜多糖规模化提取的最佳条件.结果 确定了苦瓜多糖规模化提取的优化条件.结论 通过试验优化了苦瓜多糖生物酶提取的工艺,减少了生产过程对环境的污染,简化了生产环节,降低了生产成本,打开了规模化生产的途径.
