Abstract: 能量代谢障碍是神经退行性疾病的常见特征,在阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者脑中,线粒体的功能、形态、分布及其诱导的凋亡机制均发生了明显改变.线粒体功能障碍主要于阿尔茨海默病早期发生,阿尔茨海默病的经典神经病理学特征例如β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)的沉积、tau蛋白的过度磷酸化和风险基因载脂蛋白E(APOE)均可能触发线粒体功能障碍.本文总结了与阿尔茨海默病发病相关的线粒体功能缺陷的机制研究,旨在为通过改善线粒体功能障碍治疗阿尔兹海默病的新策略和新思路提供理论依据.
