Study on the Types of Rural Spatial Development and Its Influencing Factors in Agro-Pastoral Region

Abstract: The identification and classification of village spatial development has always been one of the research hotspots in rural geography. In this paper, a multi-level objective analysis method of "district-field-pole" is introduced.Taking Yanchi county in Ningxia as an example, gravitational model, reachability measurement model, and spatial autocorrelation model are used to identify the "rural area spatial development type" in the county, and detects its influencing factors by geo-detector, so as to reveal the spatial differentiation of the core factors affecting rural development in the agro-pastoral region. The results show that: The framework of rural spatial development system analysis has certain applicability and guidance for the identification and development of rural spatial development types in the agro-pastoral ecotone in the new era; and the spatial development type of the village of Yan-chi can be identified and classified. It is divided into four rural spatial development types, namely suburban integration, agglomeration promotion, moderate tapping potential, relocation and evacuation. The factors of the zoning are explored and analyzed in order to carry out targeted treatment for Rural Revitalization and promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization. The results of this study can provide a scientific basis for the "rural restructuring" and "rural revitalization plan" in the farming-pastoral ecotone.
