Abstract: 前言 再生纸和纸板中含有大量的淀粉. 采用回收纤维为原料的纸厂其过程水(RCF)中通常含有大量的细菌和其他微生物,易产生淀粉降解酶. 这种酶能够破坏淀粉分子链,使其降解为葡萄糖单元. 在此期间,细菌会在发酵过程中利用游离糖产生有机酸(例如乙酸、丙酸)和气体(CO2,H2).这会导致pH降低,碳酸钙溶解,甚至产生危险气体.
