Abstract: 根据美国麻省理工大学斯隆商学院教授埃德加?沙因的理论,文化的三个层次分别为"表象和行为" "表达的价值"以及"默认的假设",其中"默认的假设"即是管理层所相信并推崇的内容.从这个意义上来讲,企业文化的形成,与高层管理者具有最直接的关系,它是自上而下逐步形成的具有本企业特色的价值理念,并最终将这种价值理念体现并固化在企业经营管理的制度、行为、物质及企业形象等各个层面中.
