Application of big data concept in data sharing of amino acid industry

Abstract: With the development of computer technology and detection technology,the amount of amino acid fermentation data has increased geometrically.The traditional decision-making method based on artificial and expert experience has become the main factor restricting the further development of amino acid industry.In this paper,based on the demand of the amino acid fermentation data sharing,the concept of big data was introduced and the data acquisition,storage,analysis,application and management level were discussed.Then,a framework of amino acid fermentation data sharing platform based on big data concept was proposed.The data information is effectively organized and managed,and the loose parts of the whole amino acid fermentation data are closely combined into one,ensuring the safety and control of the data throughout the life cycle,which is of great importance for the research and application of amino acid fermentation.
