Abstract: 针对碎软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔成孔率低、钻孔深度浅的问题,建立钻孔失稳的力学模型,分析了孔壁失稳的力学机理.从煤体结构、地应力、瓦斯压力和钻进工艺等方面阐述了孔壁失稳的影响因素,指出了孔壁的失稳破坏模式.建立孔壁稳定性数值模拟分析模型,采用Hoek-Brown准则对碎软煤层的力学参数进行估算,计算分析了钻孔孔壁周围的应力场和位移场,结果表明:碎软煤层钻孔承载力差,孔壁的破坏模式以剪切破坏为主,在孔底形成高应力递增区,容易诱发喷孔;处于破碎区的煤体首先向临空面方向产生位移,其上部位移量最大为4.3 mm,孔底位移量最大为3.1 mm.
