Abstract: 蔓荆子是单叶蔓荆(Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham.)或蔓荆(Vitex trifolia L.)的干燥成熟果实.始载于《神农本草经》,是传统的辛凉解表中药,并列为上品,具有疏散风热,清利头目之功效,是风热感冒较常用中药.本文就蔓荆子及炮制品的历代本草、炮制沿革和现代研究进行了综述,为蔓荆子的现代化研究提供了参考依据.
