Abstract: 目的 建立穿山甲饮片违法掺加硫酸盐或盐酸盐增重的离子色谱检测方法.方法 采用阴离子色谱-抑制电导法测定穿山甲饮片中的硫酸根(SO42-)和氯离子(Cl-),色谱柱为IonPac AS11-HC(4 mm×250 mm),淋洗液为10 mmol?L-1的氢氧化钾溶液,等度洗脱,电导检测器,流速为1.0 mL?min-1.结果 建立了穿山甲饮片中SO42-和Cl-的阴离子色谱检测方法,SO42-和Cl-均在0.1~100μg?mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000),平均回收率分别为101.8%和100.9%,RSD为2.2%和2.4%(n=6).对58批穿山甲饮片进行检测,根据专属性等考察结果,6批样品SO42-严重超标,为非法炮制增重.结论 该法灵敏度高、专属性强,可用于检测穿山甲饮片中非法掺加硫酸盐或盐酸盐增重,为其他中药材非法掺加无机盐增重的检测提供参考.
