The influences of liquid mass ration on fluid volume changes and the cutantest concentration

Abstract: 目的 研究在皮试液配置过程中液质比、液量变化与皮试液浓度三者的关系,以期为临床准确配制青霉素类和头孢类药物皮试液提供参考.方法 收集了35种青霉素类和头孢类药品,记录每种药品在加入一定溶媒溶解后的液量变化,将液质比、液量变化率以及皮试液推算浓度的结果进行线性回归分析.结果 液质比与液量变化率的线性回归方程:Y=-1.169+66.339/X(3.3≤X≤13.33);液质比与推算浓度的线性回归方程:lnZ=5.710-0.6/X(3.3≤X≤13.33).结论 液质比越大,皮试液的推算浓度越接近理论浓度.为了消除液量变化对皮试液浓度的影响,可通过上述公式计算出液量变化值进行修正.
