Abstract: Device-to-Device (D2D)communication refers to that user devices are able to communicate directly without the help of base station.Limited by the capacity of batteries,the schedulerat the base station should make the battery life as long as possible.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to maximize the transmission bit rate by using unit energy,namely maximize energy efficiency goals.By constructingthe energy efficiency model for the resource reuse mode between the cellular users and the D2D users,two steps are employed to realize this goal:1) the optimal transmit power configuration for the terminals is achieved by the multiple iterations based on the property of quasi convex function,which results in the greatly reduced complexity;2) Pairing thecellular users and theD2D users by KM algorithm.The simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm has got about 40% gain compared by the method with the maximum transmit power.
