Abstract: 大家习惯性地认为,冰箱中的温度较低,食物储存其中是最安全的,无论是生、熟食品,只要放在冰箱中便可长期保存.然而事实上,冰箱的低温环境并不能杀死由空气、食物或其他情况带入到冰箱中的微生物,一旦在冰箱中久置,微生物将会大量繁殖.人们吃了放置在冰箱中被细菌污染的食品后引起腹泻的现象已屡见不鲜.
