Abstract: Objective To investigate and analyze the influence of pharmaceutical intervention on clinical use of anti-bacterials in outpatient prescriptions during special rectification.Methods A retrospective analysis was made,1 200 outpa-tient prescriptions were randomly selected during 2010,2012 and 2014.The clinical use of antibacterials before,during and after special rectification was compared.ResuIts After the intervetion during special rectification,the rate of outpatient an-tibacterials prescription decreased to 18.08% in 2012 and 14.92% in 2014,the rate of intravenous decreased to 11.52% in 2012 and 13.41% in 2014,the rate of combination decreased to 23.04% in 2012 and 14.53% in 2014,the rate of antimicro-bial prescription amount decreased to 12.31% in 2012 and 9.96% in 2014.ConcIusion The implementation of special rec-tification and pharmaceutical intervention improved the use of antibacterials in outpatient prescriptions greatly,and it also improved the level of rational use of drugs in our hospital.
