Abstract: 幼儿园区域活动是贯彻《指南》精神最可行的教育途径,“美工区”是一种体现幼儿自主性、个性化的艺术创作活动区域,幼儿在其中可以进行自主绘画、纸工、泥工、自制玩具等.但现实中,我们很多教师在指导时不考虑介入时机,不注意介入的方式方法,自觉或不自觉地影响了幼儿创作的自主性.《论语-述而》日:“不愤不启,不悱不发.”笔者认为教师在“美工区”中也应遵循孔子这一启发式教育的原则,文中具体例述了幼儿思路受阻、画不达意、缺少支撑等“或愤或悱”状态时,教师如何把握介入指导时机,并运用语言启示、间接暗示、情景导入、亮点捕捉的“又启又发”介入指导方法,启迪幼儿的创作热情和灵感,激发幼儿的创作欲望和信心.
