Determination of salvianolic acid B extracted by ultrasonic method in different temperature water from Salvia miltiorrhiza

Abstract: 目的 测定丹参药材用不同温度的水超声提取后丹酚酸B的含量,以及含量的稳定性考察,并分析含量变化的原因.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18,流动相为5%冰乙酸-乙腈(82:18),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为285 nm.结果 加入20~60℃的温度的水所超声提取的丹酚酸B的含量低且不稳定性,随时间延长而下降较快,而采用70~ 100℃的温度的水所超声提取的丹酚酸B的含量高且较稳定.结论 丹参药材中的某种酶类或菌类物质在一定温度和有水的条件下会水解丹酚酸B,应尽量避免丹参药材与水的接触.
