Abstract: 1.喝酸奶助消化 在很多人眼中,"助消化"是酸奶最重要的保健功能之一,因此吃撑了的时候会首选酸奶.事实上,酸奶有助促进胃肠蠕动和消化液的分泌,经常喝对于改善消化确实是有帮助的.但因为酸奶本身是一种饱腹感很强的食物,吃撑了再喝酸奶反而会加重饱的感觉,并不利于消化.而且,酸奶本身也含有一定热量,吃撑了再喝酸奶就等于额外摄入这些热量,长期如此可能导致发胖.
