Abstract: Objective To compare the stability of collagenase model and autologous blood cerebral hemorrhage. Meth-ods The model of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)was established by collagenase and autologous blood into caudate nu-cleus in rats. The model mortality, neurological deficit score, brain water content, the size of hematoma and the number of neuronal apoptosis were choosed to detect the difference of two models. Results No significant difference of the neurologi-cal deficit score, brain water content, the size of hematoma and the number of neuronal apoptosis after operation in sham op-eration group; The model success rate in collagenase group was obviously higher than the autologous blood group( P <0. 05);The model mortality had no difference in two groups. At 24 h,3 d,7 d times, the neurological deficit score, brain wa-ter content, the size of hematoma and the number of neuronal apoptosisn of collagenase group were all higher than the autolo-gous blood group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The ICH model of rats established by collagenase was a stable model.
