Abstract: Objective To study the mechanism of Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid against respiratory syncytial vi-rus(RSV). Methods To establish the mouse model of RSV virus infection,detect Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid on body weight in mice infected with the RSV virus,and the effect of lung index and lung pathological changes etc. Results Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid could significantly increase the RSV virus infection weight in mice body and in-crease value added conversion rate and T cell killing activity of NK cell(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion Xiaoer Shuangjin Qingre Oral Liquid can improve the cellular immune function and reduce the damage of the body's immune virus.
