Abstract: 为了改善生物可降解包装膜聚乳酸(PLA)的脆性,提高其阻隔性能,制备PLA/纳米微晶纤维素晶须(NCW)复合包装薄膜。采用流延法制备不同配比的PLA/NCW可降解复合包装薄膜,研究复合薄膜的表面形貌、力学性能和阻隔性能等。通过原子力显微镜测试(AFM)可看出NCW在PLA基中的分散情况随着NCW含量的增加而变得不均匀,导致膜表面变得粗糙。力学性能测试表明,当NCW含量为1wt%时,复合薄膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、拉伸模量达到最大值。通过阻隔性能测试发现,随着NCW的加入,复合薄膜的水蒸气和氧气渗透性降低。透光度测试结果说明,加入NCW使复合薄膜的透光率减低。PLA/NCW可降解复合薄膜最佳配比为1wt%。
