Uraninite Geochronology and Petrogenesis of Fine Grain Granite in Gaoping Area,South of Zhuguang pluton

Abstract: Based on microscope electronic microprobe study and U Pb isotope dating of uraninite,this paper discussed the characteristics of occurrence,uranium minerals and delineated uraninite from fine grain granite in Gaoping area.The uraninites was found located in rock forming biotite.The uraninites is with high average UO 2 content and some ThO 2 ,and less than 1 % other elements,which suggest its magmatic origin.The results of Uraninite U Pb isotope dating are close to the results of Zircon LA ICP MS U Pb dating.
