Abstract: In this paper,four common techniques were introduced for the microbiology study on rocks of interlayer oxidized zone type sandstone uranium deposit,they are detection of microorganism by DAPI staining,DNA extraction from environment, 1 6s rDNA analysis, isolation and identification of pre-dominate microbiology under uraniferrous environment.The four methods were used to study the micro-biologic feature of Mengqiguer uranium deposit in Yili basin and the predominant bacterial species and numbers was identified.Mechanisms and developing tendency of microbial uranium accumulation were discussed in final.
