Abstract: 随着连铸工艺的不断发展和完善,电磁技术的应用越来越广泛.结晶器搅拌、二冷区域搅拌、末端搅拌等电磁设备对改善连铸质量起到了不可或缺的作用.但由于电磁设备具有的大电流、强磁场的特点,对周围设备的干扰也不可避免.以宝钢股份5号连铸机改造中使用的IHI步进液压缸调宽系统为研究对象,在调宽系统的调试过程中,存在与结晶器电磁搅拌的干扰,并经常发生错步故障.针对每次故障,都进行了深入分析,并制定了相应的整改措施,为系统的日常点检维护提供参考.
