Abstract: Employment status of graduates of medical colleges are highly regarded in the world. A good employment sit-uation is the foundation of the national talent pool and social development. The study through comparing the employment sta-tus monitoring indicator system graduates of medical colleges at home and abroad,summarized the direction of improving the monitoring of employment,to propose the best employment status monitoring indicator system graduates of medical colleges in our country and provide accurate judgments based on the employment situation for medical institutions.
