Abstract: 目的 研究氧载体对番茄红素发酵的影响.方法 在前期预实验的基础上,获得正己烷,正庚烷,正十六烷的最适添加浓度分别为0.2%、0.3%和1%;最适添加时间是发酵初期第0 h.采用Box-Behnken设计对3种氧载体添加量的协同作用进行优化.结果 根据最优预测结果,最终得到番茄红素产率为2.53 g·L-1,对应的氧载体添加量分别为正己烷0.30%,正庚烷0.25%,正十六烷0.88%.结论 添加适宜比例的氧载体对番茄红素的发酵具有正向促进作用.
