Abstract: 目的 制备布洛芬缓释微丸并对其进行药动学研究.方法 采用WL-300型离心制丸机制备蔗糖型空白丸芯和布洛芬含药微丸.并采用随机交叉试验,对布洛芬缓释微丸和芬必得进药动学研究.结果 受试制剂(T)和参比制剂(R)的t1/2分别为(3.14±0.36)h、(3.24±1.23)h;MRT0~24 h分别为(5.01±0.82)h、(5.65±0.87)h;Tmax分别为(2.1±0.7)h、(2.7±1.0)h;Cmax 分别为(73.723±8.661)mg·L-1、(69.569±15.128)mg·L-1;AUC0~24 h分别为(430.120±101.498)mg·L-1·h、(439.964±170.141)mg·L-1·h;AUC0~∞分别为(439.554±95.534)mg·L-1·h、(462.850±171.541)mg·L-1·h.结论 布洛芬缓释胶囊具有缓释特征,与芬必得比较,二者具有生物等效性.
