Abstract: 目的 研究低聚木糖对乳杆菌、双歧杆菌及肠道菌群生长的影响.方法 替换MRS和BS培养基中的碳源,分为加葡萄糖2%、低聚木糖0.5% 、低聚木糖1% 、低聚木糖2%4组,分别接种2种乳杆菌(植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌)和3种双歧杆菌(长双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌)菌液2%,测其24 h后的活菌数,比较低聚木糖对乳杆菌和双歧杆菌生长的影响;替换GAM培养基中的碳源,分为不加糖、葡萄糖2%、低聚木糖1%3组,加人体粪便菌液1%,模拟人体肠道环境厌氧培养24 h后,用选择性培养基测其大肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌的活菌数,观察低聚木糖对人体肠道菌群的影响.结果 1%的低聚木糖对植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌和青春双歧杆菌有明显的增殖作用;并且低聚木糖能促进人体肠道中乳杆菌和双歧杆菌的增殖,抑制大肠杆菌的生长,并且对肠球菌无明显的增殖效果.结论 低聚木糖对肠道菌群有较好的调节效果.
