Abstract: <正> 自甜菜糖蜜发酵法制取L—谷氨酸工艺获得成功以后,最初用的提取工艺是“酸水解等电点”工艺,此法的提取收率虽在81%左右,但由于需耐强酸、耐高温高压设备,并有腐蚀设备污染环境之弊病,故实际应用受到了一定限制。后经试验采用直接等电点的工艺,提取率可达60~70%。如将等电点后上清母液中残存的谷氨酸,采用离子交换法加以回收,可使总收率达90%左右。本文仅就这一提取方法介绍如下:
