Abstract: 以固定床反应器中催化裂解焦油组分(1-甲基萘)168 h的两种催化剂-5A分子筛和Ni-3催化剂为脱炭对象,介绍了用热重法研究的动力学,结果表明:5A分子筛和Ni-3催化剂积炭量分别为0.405 mg和1.02 mg,平均脱炭速率Ni-3催化剂大于5A分子筛,脱炭活化能分别为60.1 kJ/mol(5A分子筛)和54.7 kJ/mol(Ni-3催化剂).
