Abstract: 本文通过对“预付分配”和“余额分配”两个概念的剖析,阐明了按劳分配的余额性质及其采取全社会余额分配和企业内部余额分配这两个层次的原因,同时指出,在现实经济过程中,全社会余额分配采取了预付分配的形式。文章认为,我国工资制度改革的方向是:劳动者的收入仍以预付分配为主,但余额分配的比重将增大。
