Abstract: 研究了作为牺牲阳极材料的铅合金在NaCl溶液中与A3钢,302不锈钢和T2紫铜偶接时的接触腐蚀行为,探讨了溶液中Cl-浓度和温度变化,以及电偶对中阴极金属材料和阴阳极面积比Ac/Aa不同时对电偶电流密度jgAl的影响。结果表明,电偶对中阴极金属材料不同,jgAl随Cl-浓度增加有不同的变化趋势;铝合金与三种金属电偶接前起始电势差△E的排列顺序只在Cl-浓度小于0.050mol/L时与jgAl的排序一致;阳极还原反应的速率出氧的扩散过程控制,jgAl与Ac/Aa成正比关系;溶液温度大于20℃时,jgAl随温度升高显著增大。
