Abstract: 目的 观察注射用水蛭低肽冻干粉针剂的体内抗凝、抗粘及溶栓作用.方法 通过毛细管法测定各组小鼠凝血时间的差别;通过注射盐酸肾上腺素及冰水刺激造成大鼠血瘀模型,再比较空白组、模型组、对照组及高中低剂量组的血栓湿长、湿重、干重,及血流变、血沉、红细胞压积.结果 注射用水蛭低肽冻干粉针剂20、40、80 μg·kg-1能显著延长小鼠的凝血时间,并能显著降低血瘀大鼠的血栓湿重、湿长及干重,血沉及红细胞压积.40、80 μg·kg-1能降低血瘀大鼠的全血粘度,而且剂量均较重组水蛭素低.结论 自制的注射用水蛭低肽冻干粉针剂与重组水蛭素药理活性相似,具有明显的抗凝、降粘、降脂作用.
