Abstract: 我国的六大茶类为绿茶、红茶、青茶(乌龙茶)、黑茶、黄茶、白茶.这六大茶类是按照加工工艺及制作过程中的发酵程度来区分的,其中红茶为全发酵茶,而乌龙茶则为半发酵茶,二者无论是加工工艺还是感官审评上都是截然不同的.可是很多消费者甚至经营者经常混淆二者,出现如称岩茶等为红茶的错误.
