Abstract:  2008年,新<劳动合同法>实施,新版<北京高校标准化食堂标准(2008版)>规定的出台.2007年下半年至今,原材料价格一直呈现震荡走高趋势等因素的出现均给做好学生大伙食堂带来了前所未有的困难和压力.而学生大伙食堂所肩负的使命要求它必须保证食品安全、饭菜质量与价格的稳定.在这样的背景下,如何运用科学合理的手段,降低原材料成本和人力成本,办好学生大伙食堂是我们迫切需要解决的问题.
