Abstract: 采用半连续化的超临界水氧化装置处理了二硝基甲苯(DNT)炸药废水,发现DNT去除率及其化学需氧量(COD)去除率随温度升高、停留时间延长而提高.在550 ℃、20 s、24 MPa、过氧量300%的条件下,DNT去除率和COD去除率分别能达98.89%、98.99%.而在425~550 ℃、时间0~20 s范围内,温度、时间对DNT去除率及COD去除率影响显著.在425~550 ℃、24 MPa、过氧量300%条件下,DNT反应级数为3.630,反应活化能为24.19 kJ·mol-1,指前因子为7.109×105 s-1.
