Abstract: 味精废水中含有多种氨基酸、残糖、发酵中间产物、铵盐等,表现为高CODcr,高NH<,3>-N的特点.微生物在废水中生长的状态,决定着废水处理的结果.本实验在LB、改良马丁琼脂、硫乙醇酸盐流体、马铃薯四种培养基上分离、培养、研究废水中微生物的生长数量及特征,统计出了4种数量较多的菌株,确定数量最多的一株为优势生长菌,通过在味精废水中添加无机磷元素的实验,证明无机磷对优势生长菌的生长具有促进作用;改变LB培养基的pH值,通过单因子分析确定其最佳生长pH7.6.
