Abstract: 目的 探讨双岐蜜乳改善肠胃道功能的作用.方法 雄性BALB/c小鼠经口给予不同剂量双岐蜜乳一段时间后,测定其对抗复方地芬诺酯所致肠胃道功能障碍的情况,及其粪便中五种肠道菌的数量变化.结果 与模型对照组比较,中剂量组小肠推进率升高(P<0.01),排便时间提早(P<0.01),排便数量和重量均增加(P<0.05);与空白对照组及实验前自身比较,各剂量组双歧杆菌数均增加(高剂量组和中剂量组P<0.01,低剂量组P<0.05),高剂量组和中剂量组乳杆菌数也增加(P<0.05),高剂量组的肠杆菌、肠球菌、产气荚膜梭茵和中剂量组的肠杆菌均减少(P<0.05).结论 双岐蜜乳可对抗复方地芬诺酯所致小鼠小肠运动性减退及便秘,并能调节正常小鼠的肠道微生态,从而改善其肠胃道功能.
